As the Branch Manager I was in charge of all aspects of the terminal operations. I had 30 to 40 Teamster Driver/dock workers under my direction and supervision. My knowledge of the Teamster union/management contract was an absolute necessity. My duties included handling of official grievances filed by union personnel as well as conflict resolutions between employees.

On my staff I had 2 operation supervisors, 1 salesperson and 2 clerical people.

My responsibilities included all vehicle and property maintenance's. I directed Hazmat training for all employees as well as safety training through regular weekly staff meetings.

On a daily basis I reviewed terminal level key performance indicators in order to adjust staffing or equipment based on revenue levels. These were only some of my duties as the Branch Manager.

Directing city driver movements throughout the day in order to ensure timely delivery and pick up of freight.

I was a city delivery driver in a 50 radius of Saginaw Mi. I was also named driver leadman due my leadership qualities.

I managed a fine dining kitchen.
