  • Assist in developing cement process designs for construction projects, setting up forms, organizing everything involved with the process of making pier blocks, and parking lot bump stops. Drive forklift, moving equipment, materials, cement powder, pallets, stacking, and unstacking finished products. Demolition of porches, awnings, and stairs. Reconstruct, repair, and remodel home projects, fences, posts, and leveling of ground. Excavation, landscaping, digging trenches, post holes, building fences, gates, wood walkways, sanding with belt sanders, orbital sanders, priming, staining, painting, refinishing, and clear coating with polyurethane.

When apartment building rental units become uninhabited and need to be rent-ready for new tenants, I'm the guy who goes in, cleans up, and makes it a beautiful new home for someone to live in. If you have vacated, need help moving a dwelling, or need to be removed. I help people move along their merry way when necessary. I deal with the things for the management, so they don't have to. My skills go beyond basic home repair. I do everything a licensed plumber can do, maybe even better. In all my 20-plus years of doing this kind of work, I have never had a leak.   • In charge of, and did all the maintenance throughout the entire property. Did minor and major repair jobs in the restaurant kitchen, bar, dining, banquet, and ballrooms. I worked next door at the old historic post office, wine shop, restored the wood floor, furniture, restained, and clear-coated it. If you go there, all the original antique wood paneling on the walls, ceiling, doors, and frames, all that was done by me during COVID. I did all the plumbing in the kitchen. I redid the entire system for the dishwasher drain. I made improvements to the sinks, installed a sewage ejector pump in the basement, installed the ice machines, and even replaced a baday in the cottage cabin Honeymoon Suite, and storage rooms to promote safety and efficiency.
