My professional background includes inside and outside sales, international sales management, internet marking, eighteen years within a hospital setting, extensive student and new hire preceptorship, with an adjunct professor role for Respiratory care early in my career. Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
Began early under a student license, which opened the way for full-time employment as a staff therapist.
Having lived oversees, I fortunately was exposed to the fact that there is more to world than our world. I've traveled extensively in Asia, North America, and Europe. As the saying goes, the more you know, the more you realize you don't know. And have to experience.
When I moved back from the United Kingdom in 1997, I settled in Los Angeles. I've always been creative and found a window to work for Creative Artist Agency, with the intent of becoming an agent. It took me three days to get into the largest talent agency in the world without any connections, yet three months to decide I didn't want to be on the business side of things. I confused a lot of people in the process for giving up on such an opportunity. I never looked back as it wasn't for me. No regrets.
Afterwords, I taught myself feature length screenwriting and have written 10 original scripts. Five of which are very well received. This said, this will always be a hobby of mine and am not interested in working in the industry.
Finally, I'm a father to two teenage boys and learn something new everyday.
