• Managed project from start through punchlist. Managed all construction daily progress including change orders and rfi's. Ensured all work was done with quality and done per plan, insured that all materials installed were per plans and specs. Held daily safety meetings. Held weekly subcontractor meetings as well as weekly owner architect meetings.
• Promoted adherence to safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper handling and operation of materials and equipment.
• Guided and directed third-party inspectors through project construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Projects include the New Antelope Valley District Office. The Holston Building. 100,000 Sq ft total gut and rebuild. Project located on Holston drive in Lancaster, CA
• Lockheed Martin site 2 Mezzanine remodel. 15,000 sf demo and remodel project on secured site.

Construction Manager overseeing multiple rooftop, carport, and solar site projects. Had many roles from civil, module receiving and staging, scanning, coordination, logistics, estimating, and managing subcontracts to name a few. Worked with teams of over 500 employees at times. Worked with First Solar, Signal Energy and Recurrent Energy and many others.

• Oversaw daily construction for multiple new construction and T.I. projects at Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing.
• Scheduled all contractors and materials deliveries.

• I was a part of a team responsible for a $250,000,000. campus upgrade and renovation project at the Antelope Valley College.
• Manager on multiple projects: Central Plant $14 Million, Base Infrastructure $13 Million, Photovoltaic Project $15 Million Agricultural Lab Facility $7 Million, Auto Body Shop $7 Million, S.O.A.R. High School $3 million, and others - all projects located at Antelope Valley College.
• Completed the final stages and close out of the Theater Arts Facility $30 Million and assisted in the construction of the Health and Science building $50 Million
• Responsible for scheduling projects, scheduling contractors over seeing daily construction, directing weekly, meetings with Owner, Contractors and Architects, Daily and weekly safety meetings, updating schedules, logging daily reports, and weekly photo reports.

• Constructed Maintenance and Operations Facility in Santa Clarita, CA for the Sulpher Springs School District at a construction cost of over $7,000,000.
• Supervised and scheduled all sub-contractors, from site grub through final occupancy.
• Project consisted of five metal buildings, demo and remodel tworelocatable buildings, mechanic shop with service pit
• Project completed on time without a single failed building and safety inspection during project construction.

• Built 139 homes in less than 13 months with 94 homes under construction at one time.
• Not one home missed completion date or had more than 10 walk thru items.
• Responsible for distributing plans and receiving bids, establishing job budgets, hiring of all subcontractors.
• Performed all homeowner walk thru's.
• Handled all homeowner customer service while subdivision was under construction.

• Built two stage super energy efficient homes ranging in size from 2600 sq. ft. to 9,000 sq. ft. with prices ranging from $450,000 to over $3 million
• Responsiblefor pre-construction meetings, scheduling and overseeing contractors, owner meetings, payment invoices, purchase orders, change orders, final walk thru's, and customer service.
• Constructed homes over 4000 sq. ft that had heating and cooling bills that never exceeded $1000 annually.

• Re-built homes destroyed by hurricanes.
