- My job was to hang live chickens from a moving conveyer belt to hang upside on moving shackles
- The ultimate goal was to hang 25 birds per minute, on average I hung roughly 43 per minute
- Duties also included cleaning up and maintaining a steady pace
- The hours were 2:30pm until 1:30 am Mon- Thurs.
