• Began as a flight instructor teaching all levels of students.
• From primary to CFI and CFII.
• Teaching initial, Instrument, commercial and CFI ground schools.
• Became a check airmen where I was responsible for checking the progress of both the students and the instructors.
• After being promoted to Director of Standards I became responsible for hiring and training of check airmen.
• Writing of new syllabi for ground and flight courses.
• Working with the FAA for course adherence.
