Akbank Direkt (Turkey): Having previously established the industry-transformational loyalty programme, Axess (world’s first real-time cash-back coalition and experiential loyalty programme), led concept development, business design and implementation, and overall programme management, of multiple-award winning digital bank including Euromoney's World's Best Digital Bank 2019-2022; Best Bank Emerging Markets 2020-23.
Barclays (US): Addressing portfolio challenges of high inactivity rates, low spend (particularly non-brand spend) balances and engagement, created the world's first and only lifecycle retail co-brand strategy – allowing customers to dip in and out of rewards and, features and benefits, across multiple retail co-brand portfolios resulting in Barclays becoming the largest new programme co-brand issuer in the US.
Garanti (Turkey): Devised and developed a Loyalty-as-a-Service model for 'Bonus', the world's most successful banking and retail rewards solution, building scale and solving the challenge of no ‘on-us' domestic interchange in Turkey – Garanti processes all loyalty transactions, charging fees 'in lieu' of interchange – growing revenues by 87% in 12 months and adding five million new customers (with transaction data) from traditionally competitor banks.
HyperJar: Customer membership +1150% (20-250,000). Activity rate (usage) increased from 24% to 82%. Average revenue per user (ARPU) +480%. Average number of App interactions +244%. Reduced average acquisition cost from £40 to £5.
Opera Solutions: Annual revenue growth 62.5% year one (focused on protecting 'at risk' revenue) and 106% year two - 235% growth over two years. Established new business pipeline for 2 years at 250% utilisation of London team. NRR 162.5% year one, 147.7% year two. NPS score improved from 35 to 75 in year one and further to 87 in year two. Customer Satisfaction (CSat) score improved from 60% to 95% in one year. Reduced sales-cycle from 14+ months to four.
