  • I would set up, adjust equipment and properly configured machines for daily operation.
  • I loaded raw materials into machines and unloaded what we call "books" to make car/truck batteries
  • One part of my job was to monitor my machine during operation to detect "misfolds". Excessive "misfolds" would lead to poor/ bad batteries
  • I trained new employees for about three months on proper machine operation procedures, and making safety our priority

  • while I was working for BMS Automotive I preformed small jobs like brakes, serpentine belts, and tun-ups
  • I learned to set up and operate a Alignment machine, and reset/re-program electronic steering racks.
  • Changed new/used tires utilizing special tire/ balancing machines, while re-programming broken or worn out TPMS sensors
  • I learned to fabricate oem style and custom exhaust systems using a pipe bender. Making sure I had the right angles I needed
  • fabricated and cut raw material using a mig welder and a torch
  • Performed electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify mechanical issue. Using tools such as OBDl/OBDII scanner, multimeter and power prob.
