- Supported this company continuously in programming and network support for over 10 years.
- I originally set up trip expense reports, vendor analysis and state fuel tax reporting system when this company was in it’s infancy.
- Installed a Novell Network using Version 2.15 SFT.
- Converted all programs to the network.
- Wrote a complex supplemental payroll system for paying leased truck drivers.
- The system was written in FoxBase.
- This system interfaced with the SBT payroll module.
- The company has grown from 2 employees to 2,000 employees.
CHRYSLER CORPORATION
- Installed and implemented a Maintenance Management system from J-B Systems.
- Trained Plant Maintenance Manager.
- Wrote minor programs for engineering in dBase III+.
- IBM PC AT, CrossTalk and LanLink were used.
- Installed a Novell Vnet Network, using an IBM Model 80 OS/2 for a file server.
- Network consisted of IBM Model 60s, ATs and XTs.
- Designed and programmed a totally networked system for their Formula and Product Specification system, using Dbase III+.
- Installed an on line Bar Coding system.
- Installed and implemented a Material Requirements Planning system called MAX-MRP from Micro Systems in California.
- System analysis and training of plant personnel required.
- Used Basic, dBASE III+ and Lotus 123 on a PC AT.
- Installed a Novell Arcnet Network on a Novell file server.
- Designed and wrote in dBase III+, 3 additional systems; a Preventive Maintenance System for their 15,000 Gauges, a Traffic Control System for their Transportation Department and an Inventory/Scheduling System for the Master Cylinder Brake Department.
- This was a two year project in Perrysburg, Ohio, Sandusky, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan, working through a consulting company in Troy Michigan.
