  • Supervised a total of (29) employees, between (2) seperate groups, Laborers (12) Janitors (17)
  • Streamlined work order processes with a group of Laborers (12) that encompassed Equipment and furniture moves, mowing and trimming the grounds, numerous preventative maintenance packages, dealing with snow and ice clearing, etc.
  • With the Janitorial group (17) I had the responsibility of overseeing that (100+) facilities were taken care of on a daily basis. Restrooms cleaned and stocked. Routine sweeping and mopping. Office trash and recycle removed daily / weekly. Annual Floor Care each year that consisted of deep cleaning, and waxing. Held to a budget and ordered supplies on a weekly. basis.

  • Supervise approximately 20 Union personnel at James Built, a Specialty Vessel Construction Division of James Marine, Inc. These employees consist of laborers, ABS and USCG Certified Welders, fitters, and tackers.

  • Work closely with the Human Resource department to resolve employee conflicts, ensuring compliance with company rules, federal regulations, and the collective bargaining agreement.
