I am a level 2 vibration analyst and a level 1 inferred camera specialist. As the US Manager my job duties were to take vibration readings on all electric motors, pumps, fans and gearboxes monthly in different steel mills in the US. I would also inspect all electrical panels, switch gears and transformers with a Flir inferred camera. Then analyze all data and send reports to all parties needed using the GAM system. I planned maintenance meetings with BMGs for repairs. I was over a 3 man crew.
