- I manage a crew, to preform the best work we can do in a timely manner. I run production and keep it running efficient all day. I fix the cartoner and the canner when anything goes wrong. I change parts out and put new parts in both machines when we are running different products. I read blueprint to change the pneumatics and maintain the machines.I also figure out the problems we have and fix them and get the machine up and running good again. I also do a lot of Hilo work moving pallets around and cleaning the production floor off to make more room. I move and fill kegs as requested to fulfill orders for the company. I also send people on lunches and cover them for the time being. I do daily recaps on how production went at the end of the night. I work on OEE and dining ways to improve them. That includes doing numbers and finding out loss for different variant of packaging and reporting it nightly. I also schedule my team weekly and manage their hours.

- I sanded granite until it was completely smooth. Taking all the rough and gritty edges and corners off. I also went on deliveries and installed the granite countertops to customers and went out to fix clients countertops.
