Daily coordination and communication with contractors on large scale utility installation projects to ensure the safety of excavators and the public.

Conduct on-site investigations of damaged utilities through visual scanning, photographs, and communication with contractors and locating technicians, while providing necessary documentation via USIC's claims management system.
