• I work with individuals on a daily basis to achieve their goals stated as designated in the Oregon Needs Assessment.
• I help individuals seek out and access various community supports, such as food banks, volunteer opportunities, and social functions
• I excel at helping individuals find community, and make lasting friendships.
• As needed, I assist with daily living activities, such as running errands, medical appointments, and household chores.
• I hep individuals manage their "digital life", by setting up personal emails and other online profiles. I help them use these profiles to access medial care, social opportunities and other online meetings.

I supported children in a residential psychiatric unit. Job duties included running daily therapeutic groups, medication management, and off campus field trips. I took part in weekly treatment team meetings to assess each resident's goals and progress while in the program.

I helped manage and monitor a small group of adolescents in a residential psychiatric unit. I implemented de-escalation techniques, as well as safe crisis interventions. I wrote and presented clinical documentation on observed behaviors and progress while on shift.
