1 Year 5 Months- Welded frames and I-beams by interpreting blueprints, achieving precise fit-ups using .45 wire on galvanized material to ensure structural integrity.
Fitter/Welder Helper
1 Year 9 Months- Read blueprint and fit up frame/wall , hush houses , etc . Tack and weld , help welder by setting machine up and grinding or what ever is needed. Help with Fit up
Structural Welder
11 Months- Structural welder, welding tanks skids saddles , filters and anything structural wise. I beams , Pipe to plate also . Fluxore 309/308 and regular carbon. MIG 308/309 and regular carbon steel. I workwith Dye pin testing and Had Mag tested on my work regularly. I’ve done a few tig jobs also.

1 Year 9 Months- Fit and weld doors for hush houses for engine testing structural welds with flux core uphill fillet or all positions. Measure out holes for the hinges , punch drill and tap I have worked with insulation. Have welded and worked with carbon steel galvanized and stainless. 308/309 Hardwire , stick , Tig , Flux. Worked on 1 inch thick material flux uphill flat or any position. Weld panels and walls for structural buildings.
