- Responsible for training builder sales professionals on benefits of Pulte Mortgage, selling value of PMC, overcoming objections, in addition to ensuring effectiveness use of the expanded customer inquiry tools, online application process and post-application tools for tracking customer status
- Negotiated rates, terms and conditions of loan options
- Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training and development of local mortgage and sales staff'
- Responsible for capturing every possible loan application for at Point of sale (capture)
- In coordination with fulfillment center and local builder team, daily responsibility for achieving outstanding "close on time" percentages
- Sell and close mortgage products and process direct to customers, realtors and brokers
- Meet with buyer prospects to provide financial guidance, expertise and pre-approval services
- Responsible for conversion of leads and prospects to maximize revenue for the organization
- Provide accurate loan backlog status visibility during weekly builder meetings; assist in progress of loans through pipeline to ensure on-time construction starts and closings
