Meet with the company's representative to describe all aspects of the code requirements, the procedure, and the results of the evaluation. Advise them of issues that are not compliant and the process of correcting non-compliant issues.

Communicate with the City, State or Governing body to relay results of the evaluation and what steps are needed if system fails the evaluation. File all required paperwork.
