Two years ago I stepped away from the culinary field to get into customer service/tech support. Job duties include data entry, billing, basic and detailed trouble shooting of internet/cable equipment and customer devices connected to internet. Also business tech support such as assigning and scripting static ip information for sites and reporting outages/updates that may effect services.
Before my career in customer service/tech support. I was a qualified Cook with 7 years of experience in restaurant and kitchen environments. Team-player, highly skilled at communicating clearly with cashiers and kitchen staff. Extremely self motivated and a fast learner. I am very confident I will thrive even outside of restaurant/cooking environments.
I have been working in customer service/tech support for two years. I am willing to learn new skills/trades and I am perfectly ok with physical labor, as I am a physically capable 29 year old with no prior medical issues.
