I'm a NACE Inspector and My background Is, I'm responsible for checking the surfaces of assets and the existing coatings and looking for areas that are a problem now ,or may cause one in the Future. I check the substrate before paint is being applied ,during the length of the painting project, and after the completion. I use certain tools like mundane mirrors, digital psychrometer and also a thermometer to measure the surface temperature. Meticulous and systematic QA/QC bringing top-notch skills in inspection, testing and quality assurance. Proven skills in meeting demanding standards as requested for coatings procedures. Skilled at creating detailed reports, maintaining records and working with management to resolve concerns.
