Arby’s | 06.2022 - 01.2024
At Arby’s, I used my previous experience at Taco Bell to complete the tasks given to me by General Manager and/or Shift Managers to utmost abilities, while also helping others with their own jobs. For instance, I mostly worked at Front Counter taking orders, cleaning lobby and bathrooms, and restocking product at soda fountain as well as restocking hygienic products in bathrooms. But I also helped my co-workers when Front Counter was slow. Overall, my experience at Arby’s taught me how to work through stressful situations while also keeping a sense of humor about it. After about a year and a half of working at Arby’s I decided to quit, because hours were very inconsistent and next to nothing due to overhiring; 10 hours a week I was lucky.
Online Order Filler

Walmart | 08.2021 - 04.2022
As an Online Order filler, my job was to shop for the items the customers ordered online, then bringing them to the staging area to then organize them into stackable totes. Once they were carefully placed and organized in these totes, I then placed them on a mobile pallet (pallet) to bring them to the customers upon their arrival in the Outside Grocery Pickup (OGP) lot.

Taco Bell Corp. | 09.2018 - 08.2021
At Taco Bell, I learned how to maintain proper cleanliness of the store, cash-handling for the cash register, taking customer’s orders, prepping/preparing food, but most importantly I learned patience and practiced it daily with any temperamental customers. This being my first job, I was able to interact with people of all age ranges in a sometimes chaotic environment, and it taught me to also empathize with customers to resolve any issues they may have.
