Integration Technician

Began my time at Space X as an integration technician under Carey Warner in the S2 Paco area learned the inner workings of the warp drive itself as well as install installation of many components on the falcon 9 stage two gained familiarity with the way that the quality process works at Space X along with a lot of of the safety procedures and to control working with PR, and spent the last seven months handling most of the Paco Lane, three painting operations on multiple stage stages every day while the falcon schedule was still high worked with various other tools related to the positionand a lot of the other processes associated with my position i’ve spent the majority of my time at this point to learning everything I can about Space X how it works how the warp drive itself works, and what the company goals are now and in the future and I’m excited to be a contributor in any way that I can be.

Took over as supervisor and refined the last bit of inefficiencies in my department had a 30 person team under me and initially reported to an amazing manager named Ken Quentin who took me under his wing and ensured my development as a people leader and in a lot of the day to day management tasks time management for my employees self reviews and and reviews of my personnel. I worked hand in hand with several other departments from lamination,grinding booth where the parts were cut out composites where a lot of bigger parts hardtops and headdoors and various other small parts where built to ensure those feeder departments were running at peak efficiency and rate and supporting them however they needed as well as carrying out my managers goals and objectives the company and he set for my department finished my time at Cobalt after 11 years and began searching for the next chapter of my career which lead me back to California and to Space X

Repaired parts related to luxury fiberglass boats various hardware installations ,repair patches with fiber glass and paint repairs using gelcoat repairing damages to composite parts and fine custom painting, material setting in composite parts for injection molding and parts pulling manually and with the pallet jack, forklift and various other lifts. Performed all these tasks while maintaining schedule and promoting safety to coworkers and had a stellar attendance record won a 10 thousand dollar perfect attendance jackpot prior to becoming team lead
