The ANNC Magnet program seeks to increase inclusivity and ownership within the organization. Its goal is to improve employee and patient satisfaction. It seeks to enhance standard of care across the spectrum. Staff members are encouraged to become involved with improving point of care initiatives by implementing evidence based practices within their department. They are given voice at regular team huddles to bring forth ideas and solutions to department challenges. As a member of the nursing shared governance committee our goal is to institute this vision at the department level and bring about collective change organization wide.
