Leach pad: Fused 8" pipe for headers for barren solution to pads, ran Netifim & drip tubing for leaching gold from ore. Leach pad operator: Collect preg solution samples to run titrations for CN concentrations, PH, & AA machine for AU & AG readings. Helped Meril Crow operator with running of plant.

• Shift Lead Man, operated grinding mills, Leach Tanks, CIP tanks, Strip circuit, optimized mills for efficient recovery of gold, took samples of slurry for proper density for correct addition of chemicals, added grinding materials to mills for proper grind ability. Operated skid steer loader for clean up. Ran cat extend a boom forklift for adding grinding media to mills. Reported to Mill General Manager for mill efficiency, and to report mechanical problems for maintenance. Helped and advised workers on safety, proper work ethics, and problems that may occur in their circuits by proper training. MSHA training is up to date.

• Operated grinding mills for grinding cement, changed silos to add proper cement types to proper silos, inspected equipment to report mechanical problems, cleaned tower to optimize efficiency, added additives with 950 loader to make clinker for mills.

• Shift Lead man, ran grinding mills, Leach tanks, CIP tanks, same duties as i did in 2019 to 2021.

• Operated Grinding Mills, CIL Tanks, Crusher plant, Strip Operations, Ran Boilers for solution heat up, Autoclave Operator. Took samples for optimization of Mills and Autoclaves. Added grinding media to mills, Stripped carbon for refinery of gold, mixed chemicals, ran Bobcat loaders for cleanups, IT 12 loader for material handling, inspected equipment to report mechanical problems, helped with maintenance on down days, control room operator for mills.
