● Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of operational leads, who oversee the
inventory quality of new reconditioning sites.
● Drive performance of newly acquired reconditioning sites in accordance with strategic plans,
objectives, and operating budgets.
● Support the execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with those of
the region, division, department, and company.
● Drive accountability and improvement in Quality and Production metrics.
● Build and manage relationships with Carvana’s Reconditioning and Logistics teams, as well as
operational leaders within Adesa.
● Proactively communicate information to post-production leaders, providing a clear
understanding of expectations, performance measures, and goals.
● Lead a team that conducts quality checks to validate that each vehicle produced meets Carvana’s
Quality standards.
● Provide feedback to reconditioning leaders regarding vehicle quality and areas for improvement.
● Ensure the team is consistently executing standardized work to meet Carvana’s Quality
standards.
● Drive the development of team members through consistent evaluation of team performance
and giving thoughtful individualized feedback to each team member on a regular basis.
● Delegate, assign, and track the completion of tasks for the Inventory Quality and Readiness
team.
● Act ethically and in the best interest of the customer and the business at all times.
● Create a work and team environment that inspires positive communication, team cohesion, and
adherence to Carvana’s Values.
● Leverage data tools (Tableau, Carli, AMS, etc.) to strategically set priorities and balance workload
across the network.
