• Oversee all Maintenance Operations housed under the company portfolio equaling to 5000+ Properties through the country.

Maintain and trouble shoot Campus’ Raptor Hardware such as but not limited to: 3m ID Scanners, Dyno turbo printers as well as computer issues.

• Manage all aspects of On Guard Access Control Software such as but not limited to: Setting Door Schedules for each campus, remotely unlocking campus entries for staff members, Installing on Guard Access Control Software to all Administrators’ District issued laptops and desktops. Provide Training for staff and campus security to efficiently use Access Control Software.

• Monitor and Troubleshoot Low Voltage Access Control Panels such as Lnl-2220 Panels, ACU XL panels, RRE 1, RRE 4 , LNL – 2240 RS4 Panels etc.…

• Service, troubleshoot and program network-based Cameras, Configure IP for cameras and camera server configuration

• Maintain Spreadsheet of all IP Based Cameras with IP Address, Subnet and Default Gateway and update as needed.

• Maintain and configure district wide keyless entry system database, create, delete, deactivate, modify access levels for all keyless entry keycards.

• Run Data cat6 and cat5e cables, perform tests on data drops.

• Maintain professional relationship with Irving ISD Security Dept Contractors.

• Maintain courteous and professional relationship with IT Department.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Microsoft Word. Present

• Tore Down Exterior of houses such as: Sidings, gates, fences, cement walls.
• Made Accurate measurements of Sidings, and other materials as required.

• Throw away all former material of remodeling project properly and securely.

• Assemble, Demolish, Repair, and install HVAC Sheet metal duct work.

• Installing Ceiling HVAC grills, also Squared and Circle Duct install performed.
