  • In the summer of 2022, I got promoted to overseeing the grass seed harvest operation, which entails setting up each combine and making sure there running as efficiently as possible.
  • Harvest usually last about a month and it involves working long hours to finish within our time frame before we move to the next crop
  • I have to coordinate which trucks need to be where and when, so we have somewhere to dump the seed and haul it into the cleaner.
  • During the rest of the year, I work in the shop on equipment and various other projects. I also work ground and spray other crops.
  • I also have a big part in our filbert harvest operation driving the filbert sweeper.

  • My job was to load out customers with products they had purchased and answer any question they might have about the product or if i was not able to answer the question direct them to someone that could.
  • I helped improve the organization of the back warehouse by using the space as efficiently as possible by moving pallets to the most optimal spots.
