I have 33 years of construction experience. I have worked in all aspects of construction over the years. As construction and the economy go, the job(s) may have been short term or long term. I am confident in my abilities as a crew leader, remodeler, renovator, and new home builder.
Work History
3 Years 7 Months
- Remolding of offices spaces. Oversee construction phase from start to finish. Leading subcontractors to make sure job is done to client's satisfaction. Ensure proper material is being installed per plan, and proper material is being use.
Superintendent
9 Months- Renovations of multi family apartment. My duties included scheduling all trades and making sure all work was completed in a timely manner. Demolition of units, cabinets, tops, flooring, electrical, hvac, and punch work. Communication with property manager and maintenance supervisor to turn units.
On-site safety, framing superintendent
1 Year 9 Months- Make sure interior and exterior framing is properly done. Make sure exterior siding, roofing brick and decks are properly done to specifications. Onsite Safety. Safety inspection of job site to ensure OSHA standards are being applied to all trades. Placement of safety rails for loading zones, walk building to make sure all trades were doing their jobs and wearing proper ppe. Give verbal and write warning we’re needed. Fix any and all issues pertaining to safety concerns.
1 Year 1 Month
- Commercial up fits and remodels on grocery stores. Reading blueprints, metal framing, hanging and finishing sheet rock, hanging maralite, frp, trim work, cutting and busting of concrete
4 Months
- Commercial Carpentry work. Install doors, finish carpentry, framing (metal and wood), hang and finish Sheetrock, reading of blueprints.
Lead
7 Months- Lead crews to build and place fixtures into proper placement for various stores. Dealing with store personnel to get through remolding process with limited to no issues. Oversee the process from start to finish. From truck delivery, inventory of truck deliveries and working through out stores to make sure the job is done on time. Most crews have been from four to 9 people. Reading of blueprints for building and Proper placement of various fixtures, cabinet, cash registers and pharmacy areas through out stores.

2 Months- Commercial and residential construction, reading of blueprints and other drawings to ensure the job is done properly. Scheduling of subcontractors to ensure the job is done to specifications and on time.
7 Months
- Doing different types of construction for homeowners. Jobs to include building of decks, porches, remolding of homes.
4 Months
- Duties to in clued setting of metal door frames, building of forms for concrete, making sure daily operations run smoothly. Help the subcontractors with problems on different areas of job. Make sure daily safety issues were addressed and taking care of.
8 Years 6 Months
- I have primarily worked doing renovation and remodeling. I am also currently volunteering for Habitat for Humanity as a worker on a new home. I am skilled in flooring, carpentry, painting, and window replacement.
Roof Truss Setter
5 Months- Responsibilities included setting roof trusses.
Crew Leader
2 Years 5 Months- Responsibilities: I handled a crew of seven. We specialized in remodeling, renovation, and window replacement for residential properties. The various jobs involved carpentry, flooring, painting, and window replacement.
