Accomplishments

When I was working FOH, I was able to quickly resolve issues that some customers were having, brought them from "angry" to "very happy" within a matter of minutes. Honestly 99% of providing customer satisfaction is just listening closely and asking questions.


I received several awards while working for Xanterra. I was a "star player" of theirs for a time. (to use Football terminology)
