I've worked with all walks of life from inner city kids to multi-cultural settings to the upper echelon of American society from camps to schools to corporate accounts to medical and 5-star cuisine. I bring a unique blend of positive reinforcement and discipline to my role and the people that work for me. I've become a confidant to my superiors as well as those who are in separate departments from mine within an organization. I bring people together and want to set them up for success as well as challenge myself. The bar is consistently raised when goals are achieved, and I consider my door always open to ideas and matters that concern an ever-changing world and the demands that come with high expectations. I am constantly improving my knowledge in my field, and I'm routinely called upon by former employers to troubleshoot and assist when available. I have written articles and supplied recipes to various food service publications - specializing in organic foods and have many established ties within the natural products community. Worked with many CIA graduates and was trained closely by them in my early years in the industry. In my 20+ years in charge of budgets I have never gone over.
