  • Company Overview: CNC Systems is the National Importer for: Honor Seiki (VTL's), Vision Wide (3, 4, 5 & 6 Axis ~ Double Column Bridge & Gantry Mills), APEC Linear Motor 5 Axis Bridge and Gantry Mills, AVEREX HMC’s and TCI Cutting - Water Jet and Laser Cutting
  • With my understanding Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain CNC Controls I was able to gain market share for the five (5) axis machines by organizing sales calls, training and post processors that fit the customer’s CAD/CAM and manufacturing requirements
  • We implemented my tactical sales and marketing plan, using our CRM, that would broaden the exposure of all the product lines, develop new business and brand CNC Systems as a National Importer of high quality CNC Machines that provided manufacturing solutions
  • Established a sales network of 62 distributors, 3 regional managers and handled several key accounts in the USA and Mexico
  • My responsibilities had me traveling to Taiwan, working with the builders, cutting tool suppliers, setting-up trade shows/IMTS, ACT CRM, social media and marketing plans
  • The USA team increased kept sales steady during COVID
  • This was done by working closely with the builders, customer service, applications and our parts departments
  • Repeat customers and new customer sales grew from $12m in 2014 to $32m in 2023
