The goal as Operations Manager is through the relationship-based influence we help guide our locations to strive to meet their greatest potential. We organize constant communication with leadership on hospital function, workflow, and best practices. As well as maintain continued conversation of financial health and projected yearly outcomes.

• Managing 7 locations in the Southwest region. These locations had a combined revenue portfolio of $10 million when I started working there. Now, the combined revenue is over $12.5 million.
• During the on-site visitations, data was collected to perform a moral, functional, and workflow health analysis. We used these analytical findings to create relationship-based leadership stories.
• A monthly and annual assessment of EBITA, P&L, COGS, and labor costs, compared to past financial results we verified, providing insight into how to maximize return on investment (ROI). This allowed us to make informed decisions about the future by understanding how to increase profitability.
• Updated and resolved incidents and managed accessorial charges objectively while maximizing profit.
• Monitored and analyzed performance data, identifying areas of improvement and developing corrective action plans.

The North American Project Team Lead's primary objective is to help the Implementation Specialist team via well-organized, structured meetings and developed procedures that improve the customer onboarding experience for products such as online medical supply ordering platforms and integrated labs.

• Manage the integration of platforms with the existing company-owned SaaS properties.
• Developed and implemented detailed projects and work assignments on projects of various sizes while monitoring progress to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage the installation and commissioning of hardware elements at sites with vendor support.
• Defined project scope, goals and deliverables that supported company objectives in collaboration with management and stakeholders.

The implementation project manager's main focus is on supporting a cross-functional team to effectively and efficiently transform our recently acquired hospital locations to business standards, all while respecting the process of protocol improvements.

• Identify organizational needs for our SaaS PIMS systems or technology that will help with advancement and performance.
• Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports, and maintaining respected professional relationships.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical and clinical client-specific issues while defining and designing action plans for quality improvement together with Clinical Staff, Regional Management, and VPs of Operations.
• Developed and led a multi-disciplinary team to redefine problems and reach solutions based on different perspectives.
