  • Currently working as a Service Manager for the past 6+yrs. I manage 10 technicians, 3 advisors and work directly with the sales department of all 3 franchises (Toyota/Chrysler/Shepard Used). Managing used vehicles and getting them through the service department in a timely manner. When I first started here, we were only at 6 techs and a yearly revenue of 900k in sales. Since then I have grown the shop to 10 techs (could not grow any more - no room) Resulting in a yearly rev of 1.9million in 2025. I have also increased the ELR by 12.1% and the GP by 39.3%. I am very good at problem solving and working to create resolutions. To prevent problems from happening vs waiting for the problem to develop and then putting the fire out. I am very passionate about the automotive field and I am looking to grow even more in an environment striving for quality and customer service. I also feel that my suits are effectively dealing with people and employees, getting to know my employees, finding out what motivates them and then trying to create an environment for them to help them succeed.   • Worked as a Certified Orthotist- Job duties included evaluating patients based on prescriptions we received from a referral source ( Dr./Therapist) We would then fabricate devices based on these RX’s. Examples would be prosthetic legs and leg and back braces for a multiple list of problems patients would have. This is a very complex field and takes a lot of patience and compassion in working with all types of people. We would fit these devices and continue to monitor their success. Schedule them for follow up appointments and make adjustments as needed. This is a very mechanical hands on field and technical skill set. I worked as an Orthotist for this company in Wethersfield CT from 2004 till 2016. I was them promoted to a management position and worked in our Torrington CT location. In 2019 the company opened up a new location in Rockport Maine and I was transferred to manage this officein February 2019.

I am an above knee amputee and have started a support group here in Rockport to bring local amputees together to support their emotional needs I have been an amputee for over 15 years and have used my experience to help other people through the process
