Hiking
I hike as an act of self-therapy. It really calms my mind and makes me reflect over my week or anything I have going on. I have hiked the Great Smoky Mountains several times with my buddies, and we would always be in awe every time we reach the summit and breathe in the heavy dew in the air, while watching the beautiful views of nature.
