LED LIGHTING PANELS

• Working on LED LIGHT panels.
• Panels are inserted through a special type of machineand goes through different processes so the LED panels gets all the material and requirements it needs.
• When the led panels are finish from the machine, the led panel is brought to a nice clean surface to be tested with a multimeter to determine if the lights are working or faulty.
• Stacking finish led panels on a cooling rack until they are done cooling for packaging.
• Maintained cleanliness of workstations.
• Resolved issues quickly to maintain productivity goals.

• Loading parts into the robotic welding machine. The nice design metal material is weld closed on a certain part of the part for the finish.
• Inspecting parts for defects, bad welding, bad burns, bad welding bubbles, and possibly missing holes. Bad parts shall be red tagged for supervisor to review.

• Maintained strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Performed regular maintenance on press machinery to optimize performance.

• Changing out the die inserts with tools for different sizes parts, also inserting die inserts that meets the part insert number.
• Using no-go gauages for quality alerts
• Checking all parts for defects including bents, burrs, chips, deformed, oversized and undersized. Bad parts are labeled with a red tag for Quality supervisor to review to determine if the parts are scrap
• Keeping count of all production throughout the day, also recording all parts (that were good and had bad detects) onto the daily count production sheet.

• Loading parts onto the assembly line
