• Organize congregational worship.
• Manage 25+ members in a leadership team; schedule setlists, create song lists, train vocalists/musicians on equipment & online resources/ministry apps.
• Facilitate meetings and establish spiritual growth, musical development/excellence.
• Select and arrange music for worship services, considering the themes, message, and congregation preferences.
• Lead rehearsals with musical teams (choirs, bands, or instrumentalists) to ensure preparedness and unity in musical presentations.
• Direct musical performances during services, guiding musicians and vocalists to create a cohesive and uplifting worship experience.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and repairing doors, windows, lights, and fixtures to ensure the church building is well-maintained.
• Prepare rooms and facilities for services, events, and meetings. This includes arranging seating, setting up audiovisual equipment, and cleaning before and after gatherings.
• Maintain the church grounds by mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, and ensuring a neat and inviting outdoor appearance.
• Routine maintenance by inspecting fire extinguishers, emergency exits, monitor security cameras, and alarm systems regularly. Address any safety concerns promptly to maintain a secure environment.
• Assist in setting up and facilitating events, weddings, funerals, and other gatherings by arranging seating, providing equipment support, and ensuring facilities are ready and well-maintained.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for facility maintenance. Coordinate with relevant personnel to restock supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with church staff, volunteers, or committees to address facility-related needs and plan for maintenance or improvement projects.
• Proficiency in cleaning and sanitation procedures, including knowledge of appropriate cleaning agents and methods to maintain cleanliness throughout the church building.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance to ensure cleanliness throughout the church building.
• Address minor repairs promptly, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing minor electrical or plumbing issues. Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs or maintenance.

• Develop and implement long-term maintenance plans and strategies for the church facilities. This includes prioritizing maintenance projects, setting budgets, and establishing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors, service providers, or vendors engaged in facility maintenance, repairs, or renovation projects.
• Oversee renovations within the church facilities, including coordinating with architects and contractors.
• Point of contact for facilities emergencies/security system issues or alerts and available for the safety of the campus and those attending ministry events.
