Responsibilities include
First and for most rebuild customer relations and confidants
Increasing parts inventory
customers and tech support with parts identification and troubleshooting.
Working with and Training technicians
Taking delivery of new equipment and inspection of renal equipment.
pushing CMR
Responsible for trouble shooting, assembling and repairing new and used Metso equipment.
Customer interaction on the daily bases
Responsible for identifying and order worn and damage components
The main jobs at Whitney and son was keeping the equipment running as well as customer education,
teaching our customer how to operate and repair their equipment properly, that's what i enjoyed about the job the most, was customer interaction.
At Whitney and son i would run a training class to educate our customers, i think i enjoyed the class more then them.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read wiring and hydraulic schematics
Able to self manage time and schedule
Able to travel to customer sites with EMSA requirements
