The project included the construction of 2 5 new structures, including a 30,000 SF customer service building, 667,000 SF parking garage, 13,500 SF utility building and 9,000 SF terminal maintenance building. This project also included the demolition of 34 structures, renovation of multiple sites, paving utilities and site components. The four-phase project relocated remote sites for Alamo, National, Enterprise, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Thrifty, Advantage and Hertz into a centralized facility.
