Mr. Wright has completed and graduated from the Texas State University Certified Public Manager program. He has also achieved Water and wastewater operations licensing from the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality. Mr. Wright is also Vice president of the Texas Water Utilities Accessions Winter Garden District. Mr. Wright is also the Emergency Manager for the City of Cotulla. From the University of Texas, he has completed the Local Government Project Procedures Qualifications course. In Mr. Wright’s Career in public service, he has Managed 16 water and wastewater projects.
