-Attended training and achieved certifications for several different models/types of equipment.

-Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics/repairs to industrial equipment. This includes forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, sweepers/scrubbers, and various other pieces of equipment. These could be LP, diesel, or electric.

-Perform annual inspections on aerial equipment per all manufacturer and OSHA guidelines.

-Used diagnostic software, online service information, and mechanical experience to diagnose and solve issues with equipment.

-Have open dialogue with customers, parts department, and service writers about findings and what will be needed to complete repairs and a timeline of when they will be done.

-Find, quote, and/or order necessary parts to complete repairs and maintenance.

-Conducted tests on repaired machines to ensure proper operation before returning them to service.

-Perform software updates and calibrations to equipment when necessary.

-Had state and ASE certifications for automotive repair.

-Perform maintenance and repairs on all makes and models of gas and diesel powered vehicles. Including, engine, transmission, drivetrain, HVAC, suspension, brakes, and electronics.

-Use diagnostic software and online service information to aid in diagnosing various drivability concerns.

-Performed alignments on all different types of vehicles.

-Use mechanical aptitude to help diagnose and repair vehicles.

-Test drove vehicles before and after repairs to first verify complaints and then make sure that all concerns were repaired correctly.

-Find and order parts needed for repairs and maintenance.

-Have an open dialogue with service writers and customers about needed parts and a timeline to make repairs.
