Extensive knowledge of bar service technique, with over 15 years bartending experience.
Service-driven Head Bartender drawing from broad knowledge of cocktails, craft beers and wine to provide targeted, customer-oriented service.
Detailed inventory manager, coordinating product stocking and shipments.
Experience building desirable craft cocktails from quality ingredients.
Familiar with all prevalent ABC laws, RSVP certified. Experience with Micros, Toast, and Aloha POS systems.
Team-oriented leader with clear communication and collaborative approach to workplace administration.
Can assertively handle multiple situations at once while sustaining concentration.
Eager and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced working environment.
My dad was a newspaper photographer in NYC, and I took up the torch from him to become a documentary photographer myself in the early 2000's. This has been a lifelong passion and has brought a lot of adventure and sense of purpose to my life. My experience with weddings and events can sometimes apply to my workplace as a bartender, should a need ever arise to provide content for the business. I can photograph the food and drinks with professional lighting, document events in a fun and organic way, and produce portraits of staff or VIP's upon request.
