I am a former student, pausing school for a while to refocus on myself and finding the right path for the right career. Currently I am a Front End Manager( Team Lead ) for the local Wal-Mart. I work very well with people I am people-orientated. I’ve participated in volunteering and in community groups since early middle school. I’ve learned how to effectively work together to find common ground and work towards a solution for everyone. It has led me to be able to do quick problem solving and troubleshooting. I am always looking for a change, more of exploring new paths and get out of my comfort zone to try new experiences, skills and habits. I am very comfortable with human relations and customer interactions. As well I am very skillful in many areas. I am sought after, many say I am very persuasive, compassionate, humble, confident but not cocky and most important, motivated. Waiting around for things to happen isn’t in my book, I seek change and answers myself. Exhausting all options and thinking outside the box are a must with me. I am very independent person and I put out a lot, sacrifice a lot to get what I want in return. People are very comfortable around me, I bring trust and comfort to the table, easy to talk to and can discuss mostly about anything in any conversations, always willing to learn new things and accept when I am wrong.
