    • Responsible for the upgrade and installation of all parking, fleet, events, automotive and maintenance computers, phones, and Televisions. Will also consult with departments on new technologies that may be needed for the operation.

    • Lead and motivated the entire transit team, was responsible for managing 143 vehicles for Huntsville City Schools and ensured that all 130 buses were routed to the proper stops and schools efficiently while arriving to school on time daily.
    • Managed approximately 210 employees, including supervisors and technicians.
    • Assisted with the construction of bus routes and management of student stops using the Versa trans program.
    • Worked with Zonar (bus tracking system) to ensure that all bus data was accurate and reporting properly. Also, organize the installation and upgrades of the newer system all buses.
    • Balanced the budget at the location, always striving to make the location as profitable as possible.
    • Completed weekly reports such as Daily Field Reports and Key Performance Indicators for the location.

Transportation Services Manager

New River Valley Community Services (NRVCS)

  • Supervised three separate transportation legs for NRVCS. Worked with the Community Transit and Radford Transit dispatchers to ensure client transportation was properly scheduled and all bus routes were efficient and adjusted each semester as needed.
