  • Appeared before various criminal and civil courts in Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Texas
  • Tried multiple cases before administrative judges
  • Multiple appearances in civil, criminal, and family law matters in Brazos, Harris, and Montgomery County courts
  • Experience drafting all forms of discovery, summary judgment motions and responses, case summaries, legal memoranda, demand letters, pretrial documents, jury charges, special verdict forms, and appellate court petitions and briefs
