Experienced in leadership, organization, and collaboration through extensive involvement in campus organizations, including managing teams, coordinating initiatives, and guiding group decision-making. Served in key leadership roles within a Greek Life organization, including President and New Member Educator. Led the chapter by guiding decision-making and supporting the overall direction of the organization. Designed and led a new member education program that emphasized leadership, inquiry, and community, while mentoring new members as they transitioned into the group. These roles strengthened skills in leadership, communication, organization, and team development.
