Set up and operate Numerical Control wire cutting machines to cut and code wire. Installed wire bundles into electrical panel. Checked continuity of electrical assemblies using test lights or ohmmeter. Obtained and verified that kitted materials, detail parts, standards, and tools were issued correctly according to SA, W/O, IRSO and Bill of Material (BOM). Check work after completion to ensure it is complete per drawing and that there are no defects. Maintain personal and tool certifications. Utilize NCM and Electronic Supplier Corrective Action Notification (ESCAN) and Product Standards Data System (PSDS). Operate computing equipment to access job information (e.g., drawings, specifications and other online information systems). Apply the application of 8 + years of experience in aerospace industry with strong understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes and terminology such as overall part/assembly flows, process steps and various types of aircraft/aerospace parts, components and assemblies Experienced performing inspections of parts, assemblies and systems for conformance with specifications with the ability to observe functional tests on various aircraft systems and record results.

1 year of experience with team lead (temp) position(2018-2019) - as a Team leader providing management/ leadership/ support of processes, forecast, business decision analyses and planning with ability to motivate staff to facilitate work flow, accomplish business goals/objectives, meet deadlines. Worked with management and engineers to implement new wire routes to form W0311 and W0313 bundles to cut productivity time and be within tolerance for 737 MAX.

• Worked with teams to install business class seats, economy seats, stowbins, sidewalls, windows and fabricate seat track covers
• Used various hand tools, pneumatic tools and floor mounted tools to assemble and complete products according to production schedules.
• Apply sealant, Alodine, primer, adhesives during installations of business class seats. Assist with bond and ground testing to ensure electrical ground during hookup.
• Adjust and used torque wrenches to install seats, stowbins, sidewalls and windows.
• Provide feedback on design changes that could improve efficiency of the production line.
• Inspected finished parts and components to enforce QA standards and uncover defects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work orders to determine the specific assembly instructions.
• Recorded and reported product damages and malfunctions for supervisor review.
