• Salesforce – Handles the whole CRM platform administration, develop customized report, engaged with the Data warehousing, modified the 1st ever in the Philippines’ Know Your Customer SOS Calls for PayMaya.
• Asset Management System – Develop and hosted it in the cloud, Amazon Web Services.
• PayMaya and Voyager Corporate Website – Had some
  enhancements, developments in the website and hosted it in the HubSpot.
• PayMaya Facebook Chatbot – Integrated it in the Zendesk CRM and Facebook Messenger wherein all triggers and automations are also configured.
• MIMO Daily Performance Report Automation – Created a Report Automation which extracts all raw data, generated report and send it automatically in all recipients daily.
• Unified Collaboration Platform – A project wherein all
  platforms such as Google and Office365 will migrate to one only platform, Office365. Engaged in the migration specifically in the SharePoint Development and Administration.

Addressed technical issues and guided end users through resolution. Supported software integration and implemented maintenance enhancements.

• Business Applications Administration – Handles the administration and configuration of all applications such as JIRA, Tableau, Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, Degreed, Office Vibe, SAP Success Factors, Adobe Creative and Salesforce.Explained technical information in clear terms to promote better understanding for non-technical users.
• IT Service Management Proof of Concept – Made a comparison matrix of three different brands such as Kaseya, Symantec and LANDesk wherein the company will have subscription in the brand that will comply in our criteria.
• Zoho Books Instance Migration – Customized the Email
  templates such as customer statement, and migrated all Contacts in another instance.

Designs, develops and implements application systems which are in accordance to the client’s requirements and satisfaction. Evaluates and analyzes business requirements to have a several network designs and
configurations that will suite client’s need and financial capacity.

• Contract Management System – A web-based system made in PHP together with Ajax, Javascript and Bootstrap that handles all of the contracts between vendors/contractors, etc.
• External Call History Interface – Uses for tracking the calls which aims to determine who disconnected the call, verify the outbound calls and where the call was transferred.
• Mentor: Knowledge-Based System – A web-based system basically designed for the agents and their team leaders as their intranet.
• Employee Management System – Consists of various features that perform general human resource management tasks such as employee history, perks, and incident reports.
• Tandim: Form Management System – A makeover of the site not mostly in the interface but on the back-end. Re-engineer the back-end of this project and the database to adapt to our client needs.
• Latvenergo: Record Management System – A web-based system that has web forms that records a certain detail of the users.
