Project Brief:

• Working on the Medicare Supplement (MS) Online Experience Project. And integrate and cross-sell MS products with other Medicare products in eHealth.
• Implementing the Quote and Ranking Service platform API for eHealth, integrating multiple microservices like Doctor, Drug, Pharmacy, and Plans.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the test workflow, including developing test strategies for UI and microservices, creating test plans, and developing test cases using Java and TestNG.
• Develop and execute performance tests using JMeter.
• Implemented efficient UI automation scripts with CodeceptJS framework in Node.js.
• Evangelize best practices in testing, and be a strong advocate of QA and automation in cross-functional meetings.
• Develop quality assurance standards and metrics to track process improvements.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Technical Program Management, Development teams, and DevOps to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
• Implement framework-level improvements.
• Actively participate in production release testing and coordination.
• Perform extensive functionality, integration, regression, system-level performance, and end-to-end system test.
• Create defects, follow up, and ensure defects are escalated and resolved appropriately.
• Participate in scrum team grooming, planning, and standup meetings, and provide test effort estimates.
• Handling observability using Grafana, Opsgenie, and SpeedCurve.

• Executed contractor role for GAP Tech under employment from Nisum Technologies.
• This project is to build an iOS app with POS functionalities for GAP, Old Navy, BR Stores, and Athleta Stores.
• The intention of this project is to build end-to-end store functionalities and retire the existing POS application.
• The new POS application will be deployed on iPad and iPod using gap-controlled AirPods.
• Testing the Sell App (iOS app) and automating test cases using Swift.
• Monitoring build and ensuring build pass in CI Pipeline
• Working on a contract testing framework using Swift, specifically with Pact stubs.

• Executed the contractor role for Macy's Tech under employment from Nisum Technologies.
• Leading the project QE team, creating test plans, and automating scenarios using Cucumber with Java.
• Leveraged Java framework with RestAssured in API test automation.
