* Ensures that the packing line is set-up and runs productively following all packaging operations SOP'S and cGmp'S

* Complete appropriate paperwork

* Responsible for proper data entry in all packing logbooks

* Checking of bulk and packing components before start-up of line

* Cleaning and organizing of packing line

* Ensure no machines running are left unattended

* Participates in training of new line attendants

* Additional duties as assigned

• Inspect parts for nonconformances
• Pack finished goods on to skid according to traveler work instructions
• Enter near misses and observations into computer
• Print off labels/traveler for presses
• Scheduling of packers and floaters
• Organize the start up and shut down of presses per the priority list
• Record and report all production numbers and scrap to molding team lead
• Set up repack if needed
• Sanitize production lines
• Use hand held scanner for tracking IML's
• Train new employees on inspecting, packing, and documentation
• HACCP Team Lead duties include scheduling of HACCP meetings, conduct internal audits, train new team members, enter corrective actions and accept when completed
• Member of the 5S Team Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
• While following GMP'S and SQF Standards

• Read and interpret customer orders, In a timely matter following all safety guidelines cut, drill and assemble graphite molds to print specifications, Change over drilling equipment, saw blades as needed to ensure the highest quality products in a clean sanitized work area, Enter data into the Mac Pac computer system to make up labels for the packing of the finished products.

• Worked in Cadwell Plus- Sleever / Packing Assembly Department, Machine Shop- Hammer Locks, Graphite Department- Drill/Assemble molds plus packing, Read and interpret blueprint drawings.

• Responsible for supervising and assisting group home residents with activities, Ensure that individuals are engaged and supervised at all times, Assist with meal preparation according to OSHA regulations, Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, Assist with grocery shopping, planning and preparing meals, assist with clean up after meals, Communicate with a variety of individuals and groups in a professional and positive manner.
