edI was voted by my colleges in Avalon who are certified Nurses.  They complement me on a daily basis for completing mwy daily tasks. without hesitation i am willing to do whatever is ask of me above my existing tasks. I'm willing to stay beyond my quitting time to help the nurses with anyting they need. Extra charting,weights,vitals or assist in new admission assesments and any other related patient care.  ON many occassions i have stayed llate or pick up shift when there's a staff shortage.
