I was responsible for hiring and managing apartment staff, completing and enforcing legal contracts with residents, sales and retention of residents, working with contractors, maintaining the property, operating within the budget, all accounting, completing daily and monthly reports for the home office, and organizing resident activities.
I was responsible for keeping accurate and detailed records of patient care, as well as correspondence with insurance companies and patients' physicians. My duties included scheduling multi-disciplinary staff visits to patient homes to ensure their nursing and home health aide needs were met. I also developed policies and procedures for maintenance, storage, retrieval, and archiving of medical records.
As the Vault Teller, I would order and disburse coin and currency to the branch tellers, customers, or the main branch. I also identified any transaction errors when debits and credits did not balance.
